Chocolate Molding
Learn how to make molded chocolates (peanut butter cups, nut/dried fruit filled, maybe another filling and solid chocolate pieces). The class will cover tempering and the basics.

Hands-on class where you will make your own molded chocolate to take home. You can choose to make solid chocolates or filled bonbons. You can each take home pieces that you make. The class will also demonstrate how the fancy decorated chocolates are made (the one’s that have the design on top that look as if they were painted).
