Microgreens are tiny vegetable greens that are nutritious and can be grown indoors. They are also inexpensive. Homeowners who live on a budget or are interested in gardening would be able to grow these greens at home during winter. The two hour workshop will show you how to grow and maintain and harvest microgreens and add them to a healthier you and your family.

Del Orloske, MALD, BES is a Sustainable Land Planner and Designer as well as being a located vegetable gardener here in Woodstock. He is a certified Green Living Health Coach as well (a graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
