This is a mixed level gentle yoga class. Modifications are offered throughout the class so that people who are new to yoga or have restrictions due to injury, etc. can enjoy the class as well as participants who want to have a little more challenge. The practice includes Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (yoga breathing), and is also infused with some elements of Tai Chi and QiGong. We work with the connection between the mind, breath and body, giving the class a meditative flow. Class concludes with Shavasana (relaxation) and meditation
